Early Learning and Care Council of Australia (ELACCA) comprises 20 organisations, teaching 340,000 preschoolers nationally – that’s 26% of the market. Attracting the best teaching talent is highly competitive, even more so during COVID. We did our homework, identifying newly disengaged workers from the services sector as ideal prospects for a career change.
“Big Roles in Little Lives”, our national digital campaign – alive with the fun, energy and joy of working with kids – scored excellent marks among this audience. We chalked up results that more than doubled our projected targets in terms of video views, ad clicks and site visits.
