With over 340,000 preschoolers spread across 2,342 learning centres nationally, the Early Learning and Care Council of Australia (ELACCA) is always looking to enrol the very best talent, straight out of school if needs be. We devised a campaign targeting students, teaching them about the many pathways into the profession, including “earn while you learn” options.
Evolving our successful “Big Roles in Little Lives” concept, we targeted high-school and tertiary students on social media nationally. As with our broader campaign, the digital video units in this campaign performed their little hearts out.
